DEPOSIT:
A deposit of £100 /$200 / 150 euros per week booked is required 7 days after booking. The balance is required to be paid in full 10 weeks prior to departure.
CANCELLATION REFUNDS:
Up to 8 weeks - loss of deposit
4-8 weeks - 50% of rate refunded
2-4 weeks - 25% of rate refunded
Less than 2 weeks - no refund

Departure time: 10.00AM
SECURITY DEPOSIT:
Accidents do happen and whilst most guests replace damaged goods from the local stores, occasionally they do not. Regrettably, a refundable security deposit of £100 / $200 / 150 euros is payable 3 weeks before arrival. This will be refunded 3 weeks after return on receipt satisfactory report from our management company.
